linuxera is the principal Red Hat partner in Turkey, both with its capabilities and enablement, and in terms of market share as well. linuxera is the first and only Red Hat Premier Business Partner in Turkey which is reselling all Red Hat products (infrastructure, middleware, cloud, and smart management), and providing its own SLA for value-added services bundled with these (including installation, customization, configuration and optimization, health-check and routine support services). In addition it provides consulting in open source and IP management. Among the customers of linuxera are telco and mobile operators, banks and insurance & finance companies, e-commerce companies and manufacturing sector. linuxera has been in the IT 500 of Turkey list for the last three years.

Insurance Training Center ("SEGEM") is a NPGO which was founded by Insurance Act, numbered 5684. Foundation of SEGEM is purposed to give training for employee who are working in insurance sector and to make an assesstment and evaluation exam end of the training. My assignment in SEGEM is to undertake of handling e-learning project for on the job training which must have made in once every three years. In this context, I took a part as a project manager to prepare existing IT infastructure to give a better e-learning, to determine integration points and make essential integrations, to coordinate of preparing both text format and e-learning module, to fictionalise LMS system which is provided infastructure. I also responsible about project budget management. In this project, I worked with 15 staff from 5 different subcontractor. In the current situtation, 45.000 person took training in this system which has 15 different training module. Present training number will be rose at 20 and number of person who are taking training will be rose at 75.000 end of this year.Inter allia of these I also responsible for ISO 27001 \& ISO 9001 certification of SEGEM. In my daily routine I also prepare legal contracts, memos for my Manager and Board of Directors.

In this position i am mainly focused on Developing IT Systems for EPDK (Turkey Regulator Agency in Energy Markets) project. This big project includes migration to customized Linux and open source softwares from property softwares, migrating server services to open source services, developing an enterprise flow and document management software for work flows of EPDK. I take a lot of responsibilities in all parts of project from design to development and deployment. As a member of main project office i am responsible of planning, coordinating and managing work packages and relations with EPDK.As a subcontract manager of project i am responsible to prepare all technical specifications, prepare and manage project plans and coordinating subcontractor teams and customer.Inter allia of these I worked for establishment of server infrastructure in test mediums. These installation covers hardware, virtualization and servers.At the other hand i am taking responsibilities for preparing project documentation, making prove of concept and demo systems, preparing cost and offering documents for classified projects.

I am coordinator of logo programs for Pardus Linux Distribution. I am responsible of creating programs Pardus Education Centers, Pardus Migration Partners, Pardus Hardware Partners. As coordinator i am responsible for preparing policies and contracts, communication with partners and clients. In my term more than twenty company joined that programs.I am also responsible for cooperation projects between Pardus and Çanakkale University, Bahçeşehir University, Linux Users Association. I gave a lot of seminars in events about open source software, software and law, migration to open source and much more.

Ozgurlukicin.com is the offical community portal for Pardus Linux Distro which developed by The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK). I worked for ozgurlukicin.com as editor in chief and organize volunteer community with my colleagues.Up until now I am gave more than 60 seminars about Linux, Pardus, Open Source and intellectual property in universities, NGO's and academic events.We already make a campaign about "Say NO to OOXML" with support of TÜBİTAK. In this campaign we arranged largest Turkish source about OOXML, international standards. More than 10.000 people signed petition in ozgurlukicin.com. As a result of campaign Turkey changed its vote to natural from yes. We continued our campaign to remove OOXML from DPT's -Ministry of Development- Interoperability Guide for Goverment. With support of TÜBİTAK DPT change his vision about OOXML and choose ODF for guide.
