As an experienced researcher, I have a demonstrated history of working in statutory and voluntary services. I have coordinated programmes that aim to improve outcomes for people experiencing multiple disadvantages, including homelessness, substance use, and mental health. My work has focused on implementing individual, service, and system changes to enhance client well-being and prevent homelessness. Through my partnerships with a diverse range of strategic and operational activities, we have collectively improved service delivery, bringing hope and inspiration to the communities we serve and fostering a sense of inclusivity and belonging. I managed a caseload of vulnerable clients and assisted them in accessing local services to prevent homelessness, mental health illness and other overlapping complexities. I use data-driven decision-making and innovative approaches such as [My Team Around Me model, Trauma Informed, Strength-based and coproduction principles] to address social complexities.
