Main responsibilities are configuration, Operation and Maintenance of the main core network nodes (HLR/AUC, MSC/VLR, MGW, HSS).• Supervise Voice/Data Mobile Services, VAS and IT Services and Cooling/Power Supply Systems.• Analyzing the alarms and creating of incident/problem Trouble Tickets;• Ensuring that the incident/problem is resolved and close Trouble Tickets;• Providing the effective resolution to the incident/problems in accordance with the priority service level;• Performing the configuration works on demand of Service Requests (block destination, define cell's, modify HLR profile, e.t.c.);• Handling the subscriber complaints from Call Center/Front Desk/Back Desk/Managers/CTO/CEO/President;• Ensuring Backup of the nodes HLR, HSS, MSC, MSC Server, MGW;• IMSI Authentication definition;• Fault Troubleshooting;
