• Enter AR invoices, collect payments, and provide required waivers from subcontractors to customers for timely payment.• Maintain a fleet/equipment log throughout the year to create yearly vehicle report which helps management decide what vehicles and equipment to keep or dispose of.• Maintain AP and make sure vendors are paid according the project they are providing services/products on.• Produce month end financial statements and create adjusting entries as needed.• File monthly Transaction Privilege Tax with the cities and state.• Reconcile bank accounts, as well as transfer necessary funds amongst accounts for weekly operations.• Produce cash projections and weekly finance reports to communicate the health of the company to the Chairman and Controller. • Process all aspects of payroll, from entering time, cutting checks, producing reports, filing, and paying weekly state withholding and federal payroll taxes, as well as quarterly and yearly payroll tax reports and deposits.• Conduct HR functions such as processing new hires, E-Verifying candidates, processing child support payments, communicate with DES, and properly file sensitive employee documents.• Produce yearly business plans to induce positive change in the organization. Items produced for this plan are proforma balance sheet, proforma income statement, SWOT analysis, competitive analysis, etc. which give a holistic view of the organization, a perspective I’ve gained thanks to the rapport built with both field and clerical personnel.
