As the tech & systems specialist I created the Chamber website, membership portal, onboarding, standard operating procedures, email campaigns & digital marketing. I supported the event planning, organization, registration & promotion. As well as the fundraising strategy, long-term goals, sponsorship & donor opportunities & materials. We created member-only events to bring a more intimate experience for our businesses & nonprofit organizations to connect & collaborate. We also drew support & created opportunities local alderman, state officials & politicians at our Juneteenth celebration.
