Responsibilities During Leading these Companies:  Lead the company business for operation & maintenance (O&M), testing & commissioning, installation, Retrofit & pricing, negotiate & finalize the contracts with the clients, to ensure maximum market penetration, business growth & customer satisfaction.  Design & implement the Company Yearly Plan & Budget, Plan business development strategies for new business opportunities, Identify, evaluate & recommend areas of new work for the company, conduct research of current & possible future markets & makes recommendations for new services to be developed. Present to the Board quarter operation review meeting (ORM) & company results, preparing monthly progress reports to higher management, highlighting deficiencies. Manage & Lead work staff for planning & monitoring work progress on daily basis, Ensure the smooth, efficient & correct work procedure is followed, Controlling the manpower, equipment’s, procurement & progress, ensuring operational costs are within the budget. Achieve the Yearly Revenue Target, monitor, control & train the sales, tender/proposal team  Resolve project conflict issues with the clients & utilities. Upgrading the technical skills of the existing service team. Bidding for Tenders with Utilities & Major Clients, preparing offers & negotiates with the  Bidding for EPC HV substation projects with SEC NG. Participate in the Negotiation with procurement team for subcontract & purchase order  Lead the company monthly cash flow, including follow up the customer payment,  Maintaining communication & frequent visit with major market players from Clients, Suppliers, EPC & Subcontractors regarding market trend & update, price level. Keep a close watch on the activities of the competitors. Recruit New Staff, perform interview locally & overseas, evaluate the candidates & finalize job offers with them Technical advisor for Arabian Bemco contracting company & its affiliated company.
