• Led a group of four students providing energy efficiency analysis for City of College Park, including analysis of greenhouse gas (GHG) inventory, buildings and transportation energy usage, streetlights retrofits from HPS to LED, developing key metrics of measurement, and providing feasible policy suggestions regarding energy efficiency based on current incentive programs across the country in order to reduce GHG emission, energy usage and energy costs;• Assisted local communities applying grants for over $100,000 from Maryland Energy Administration by providing quantitative energy efficiency analysis support and being a liaison between local communities and Maryland Energy Administration (MEA);• Helped compiling GHG inventory data and writing 2012-2013 GHG Inventory Reports of University of Maryland University College and University of Maryland Shady Grove, which were published on ACUPCC website.
