We challenge existing behaviour and resolve lifestyle patterns through rehabilitation. We prepare young people in the community as well as those in custody for entry into the workplace through education and training.We secure work experience placements at the end of their sentences and we find them employment on their release. And to give them a real chance to turn their lives around, we provide 12 months support to help them navigate the system and co-ordinate the many challenging complexities of life as an ex-offender.
