Talent Acquisition Partner
Current• Provide corporate healthcare recruitment support for multiple regions including: Southern/Central/Northern California, Arizona, and Oklahoma for 15k+ employee organization• Utilized ATS (iCIMS and ADP) to screen resumes, advance applicant workflow, create offer letters, and manage requisition details.• Initiates prescreen calls for clinical roles (MRI/Mammography/CT/X-Ray/Ultrasound Techs, RNs, and site managers) to evaluate skills and behavioral characteristics, and submit qualified applicants to hiring authorities to begin interview process.• Develops market and job specific recruitment strategies to achieve hiring goals. Strategies would include cold calling, local and national advertising, employee referral campaigns, university workshops, conferences, career fairs, and open houses.• Partners with HR Managers, Regional Managers, and VPs to identify and problem solve recruitment and retention issues, market pressures, and competitive compensation.
