Smoothening the overall experience of credit card bill payments & bill reminders.2. Optimizing for faster & instant payment settlements.- Core Responsibilities @ CRED :1. Streamlining & optimizing the Payouts / Settlements funnel (User -- CRED -- Bank) by analyzing the volume & issues at a card issuer bank + payment rail level.2. Improving the efficacy of the payment due reminder communications for credit card bills - across the communication channels like WhatsApp & app PNs.- Past Work Experience @ Product :From June 2023 uptil August 2024 - I worked as an 'Associate Product Manager (APM)' at CarDekho Group's insurance vertical 'InsuranceDekho' - acquiring 1+ year of experience in the insurance industry.- Core Responsibilities @ InsuranceDekho1. Owned the entire 'B2B Motor Insurance Transactional Journey Funnel', end to end, for both B2B platforms - POS website & ID Edge app, by incrementally enhancing & streamlining the policy purchasing journey experience, across the insurance agent partner network.2. Worked with the internal engineering, design & operations team to identify & solve multiple bottlenecks in the transactional journey on the website & the app.
