He is presently Associate Editor, COMADEM International. - He has been awarded with Outstanding Paper Award-2007 by the Emerald group and Supervisor of the Best European PhD Thesis Award for the year 2015-16. - He was member of the European Maintenance Assessment Committee, SMRP (USA), and Secretary, European Best Masters and PhD thesis award committee. Life member of National HRD Network of India and was member of AIMA and DMA.- He is external Examiner, REAM Masters' Program, Manchester University, UK (2018-22).
