I manage marketing at Leegality - a product that liberates Indian businesses from the clutches of paper. I think, develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that highlight how paperless workflows can make doing business faster, easier and more secure. I am also in charge of planning and publishing definitive legal content that informs and educates Indian businesses about eSign, eContracts, eStamp and Document Workflow.

Leegality is India's leading eSign, Digital Stamping and Document Workflow platform - empowering 750+ businesses in India digitise and automate their document execution processes. We serve a variety of clients across various critical sectors such as BFSI, Property Licensing, Stock Broking, Logistics among others.My role at Leegality as a Business Development Manager - Legal involves the following:- Developing and maintaining client relationships across sectors - leveraging my past experience as a lawyer to help businesses develop digital workflows for cumbersome and costly physical processes- Drive content and marketing efforts at Leegality to ensure the quality of our product reflects in our brand and messaging- Negotiate Service Level Agreements with enterprise customers to ensure mutual interests are protected. I also help optimise and fine-tune Leegality's inhouse legal processes.

Keystone Partners is a specialist litigation firm with substantial expertise in international and domestic arbitrations in addition to civil and commercial litigation before various judicial fora (High Court, NCLT, City Civil Court, Metropolitan Magistrate etc.)In my time as an Associate at Keystone I was privileged to play a role in litigating various complex disputes. Some of my prior experience:- Put together, drafted and filed a writ petition (PIL) before the High Court of Karnataka on behalf of a prominent environmental trust in Karnataka seeking directions to the State authorities for implementation of the Karnataka Preservation of Trees Act, 1976. This PIL is currently in active litigation before the High Court - with several interim orders being passed by the High Court that have transformed the governance of trees in the city of Bangalore.- Represented one of Asia's top particleboard manufacturers in representations and proceedingsbefore various government and judicial authorities such as the Deputy Conservator of Forests, the Assistant Commissioner of Goods and Service Tax, NCLT Karnataka and the High Court of Karnataka- Handled various criminal matters pertaining to commercial crime from the Magistrate level up to theHigh Court including bail hearings, discharge applications, criminal appeals and quashing petitions- Represented several medium/small business enterprises in various courts in recovery actions for payments withheld by defaulting corporate clientele.- Dealt with multiple high value arbitrations seeking enforcement of commercial contracts in construction disputes; represented home-buyers in an arbitration seeking specific performance against defaulting land developers
