My work involves targeted headhunting to support the team work of our team of recruiters. The industries I cover are Medical and Semiconductors. We help global companies with their needs in China, Korea and Taiwan. My role is a learning curve mastering new methods in shortening the search time for candidates. This involves searching existing major databases but also expert methods like BOLEAN search and other approaches using all public information to find that perfect candidate in the shortest time possible. I have a high regard for my job, my colleagues and candidates, and my goal is to develop expertise in all aspects of headhunting.
