As head of finance for the UK/Taiwan JV, support local GM and responsible for overall finance and accounting function.•Providing guidance and direction in the preparation of diverse financial reports, forecasts, models and budgets; presenting results and providing recommendations to the Ineos UK partner.•Negotiate and work with Taiwan JV partner in aligning partnership responsibilities in Joint Venture Agreement.
