Daily operations for pioneering Virtual Reality Arcade. Working a till with cash box and EFTPOS systems. Input of sales into various accounting and invoicing software (myob, UniCentra oPOS, etc..). Hardware Roll out and support of ~800 new devices. We unboxed and unpacked new hardware, imaged through PXE and WDS to latest working build of Windows devices. Installed required software for each individual users. Coordinated removal of old hardware and installation of new devices. Provided troubleshooting, file restoration and other post installation support during the rest of project. Worked hard to meet deadlines on a fast-paced job with a limited allotted time.

Local networking and day to day end user troubleshooting on a small network of users (less than 50). Setup outlook, assisted with word formatting, virus prevention and system refurbishing. Used Adobe Photoshop skills to design large advertisements (for trade show display) and small print advertisements. Transitioned users from Windows XP and Vista, to Windows 7. Assisted in creating a remote access user base for the server enabling users to get their work done from home. Setup encrypted wireless network access for the office. Setup and configured new laptops for employees.

Several jobs working in the hospitality industry, learning and honing social skills by talking to customers and focusing on their satisfaction. Started as dishwasher and worked my way up to server. Also worked for Fleming's Wine Bar and Steakhouse as a server's assistant.
