I am a senior economist within MITRE's Cost, Acquisition, and Management Sciences (CAMS) Innovation Center. I provide economic analyses that typically support projects within the MITRE-operated federally funded research centers.

I broadly conduct research in the areas of firm strategy, corporate social responsibility, and global supply chains. My recent research utilizes econometric methods to identify features of non-financial audit programs, such as auditor staffing or audit format, that lead to better quality audits. My recent research utilizes econometric methods to identify features of non-financial audit programs, such as auditor staffing or audit format, that lead to better quality audits. As part of this research, I analyze (using Stata and R) large-scale proprietary audit datasets from industry partners, synthesize the methodology and key findings in reports, and present findings to those partner firms. I have also observed audits and have interviewed auditors in China to develop testable research questions of importance to audit program managers. In addition to my research, I have served as a Teaching Fellow for HBS' MBA course on Applied Business Analytics. In this role, I led weaking coding labs to test students' understanding of statistics and machine learning topics (e.g., regression models, random forsest, nerual nets, natural language processing) using a variety of software and languages (e.g., R, SQL, Tableau, Python).
