I am currently participating in the international Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) program at Stanford University, in collaboration with the University of Lima. I work in the area of Innovation and Product Development at GEN+, a technology company specializing in computational design, BIM+, and artificial intelligence applied to engineering projects. My focus is on adopting a modern construction approach, leveraging the best practices and insights from the Project Production Institute (PPI) to enhance production systems.Additionally, I am actively involved in delivering workshops on agile methodologies such as Scrum, VDC, Design Thinking, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen, as well as technologies in the field. I also serve as the coordinator of initiatives at AECODE, a community that drives digitalization, automation, and innovation in the AEC sector, including topics like Engineering 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, and Programming. In this role, I have fostered collaborations and partnerships with companies and professionals, strengthening the community.On a personal level, I am driven by the exploration of new ideas and innovative approaches, always aiming to strike a balance between originality and effectiveness.
