Intern (Embedded & Robotics)
- Part of the team at Schaeffler Hub for Advanced Research (SHARE) Lab @ NTU working on autonomous mobile robots and collaborative robots.
- Developed behaviour cloning capabilities with dynamic goal and obstacle handling in ROS2 using dynamic movement primitives for trajectory learning and MoveIt for path planning and execution
- Developed the perception system for dual-arm robotic manipulator in ROS2, achieving real-time high resolution mapping of the workspace using depth cameras enabling object reconstruction and grasping
- Enhanced code maintainability by porting embedded firmware from ESP32 to RP2040, and rewriting external libraries and internal code using C++ for robot's lighting control system
- Designed mixed-signal PCB for handling USB3.2 and Gigabit Ethernet signals and supplying 240W to peripheral devices in KiCad
