• Recovered broken Active Directory from a “hostile” management change, and implement critical business services within a few days after complete network shutdown.

• Interfaced Springer Miller PMS across two resorts to the 4-star, 32-room Inn at Lost Creek.

• Responsible for IT operations in two of LXR’s resorts: The Peaks in Colorado and Carmel Valley Ranch in California.
• Over 250 workstations, with an equivalent number of end users supported.
• Work intimately with corporate office designing web-based infrastructure between properties and headquarters.
• Field tester during rollouts and implementation of new systems.
