1. Assist in managing and administering ICD (Inland Container Depot), warehouse functions and import/export activities. 2. Aid in formulating and preparing documents & reports for Top Management. 3. Focus on meticulous planning towards ensuring business growth and strengthening of operations for the company. 4. Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Customer Service team for timely mitigation of existing glitches & bottlenecks ensuring long term survival and growth. 6. Suggest solutions for process improvement at various departments across the organization & work towards their completion in a timely manner. 7. Help foster strong relationships with business partners & assist in maintaining ongoing relationship thereby ensuring retention.
