1)Involved in the full life cycle corporate recruitment of the IMEG Operations Division-US Based MNC(Ahmedabad division)2)Demonstrated and highly skilled in handling campus recruitments.3)Verification of the essential documents prior to the joining of the candidate. Handling and completing the joining formalities at the time of on boarding.4)Completing the timesheets of the employees while communicating and handling queries if occurred during the same. Also taking account of the work sharing data for the respective departments.5) Accomplish time analysis report for the respective month.6) Maintaining MIS report for each month and presenting the data for understanding the statistics.

My roles and responsibilities included U.S. Recruitment along with understanding, communicating and co-ordinating with the onshore Account Manager over the Job requirements and deliver it accordingly.

1) Talent Acquisition/RecruitmentMy roles comprises of recruitment which includes sourcing of the profiles from online Portals, Validation of the sourced profiles through communicating with the candidates and selecting the relevant candidate for the profile, Co-ordinating the Interviews along with the closure of the position.2) Business DevelopmentAcquiring new clients for the recruitment empanelment through generating leads from various sources and meeting them in person (local prospective clients) or closing on call (outstation prospective clients), negotiating on the standard terms and closing the clients.3) Client AnchorHandling the clients through understanding and communicating with them on the positions shared. Accordingly sharing the relevant profiles to them. Co-ordinating with them on various aspects such as detailing on each profile, candidate’s interviews etc.
