With over 30 years of cross-functional experience in the media, engineering, training, and consultancy sectors, I have worked with clients such as Bharti Airtel, Toluna, Tata Motors, Indus Towers, PepsiCo, Godrej Properties, and Exl.As a certified leadership coach and facilitator, I leverage an interdisciplinary approach that balances Eastern wisdom traditions with Western psychological frameworks. I use experiential learning, competency-based assessment, and psychometric tools to design and deliver impactful programs and coaching sessions.
