Analysed a three way perspective - Management, employee and guests/customer's on the impact of attrition on the Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking (SALT) Scores of the Bangalore property. -took five parameters against which a correlation was established between attrition and SALT parameters. -suggested measures for improvement in terms of lowering the attrition for the property. -suggested measures for enhancing the performance on SALT Parameters. -Also helped in organising the CSR activity during the finance week of the property working in close coordination with cross functional teams. -Helped in backstage management during the Annual Day of the Bangalore property.
