Background and experience :I bring a rich experience of over 30 years spanning academics, the corporate world and consulting. A gold medallist at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, I majored in Linguistics, English Literature and Psychology.After having taught at Bangalore’s Jyoti Nivas College for 11 years, I moved to the corporate world and spent the next decade there. In the corporate world I set up training functions and also developed robust performance management and employee engagement strategies.My last coporate role was that of Vice President HR at AXA Business Services.I've been an independent consultant and coach for the past 10 years.A certified coach, I have helped my clients with performance and behavioural coaching, both in India and overseas.My love for learning translates into numerous certification and courses I have completed successfully.
