- Create and shape Logistics Management function (inventory, logistics and purchase order management)- Execute strategic initiatives related to the Logistics Management and its development, ensuring that Supply Chain model is properly implemented- Develop methodologies, process standards and other documents / tools related to the function activities- Support SAP S/4 Hana implementation progress

- Plan and organize to ensure daily Terminal / Warehouse / Third-Party Logistics operations meet the expectation and delivery timeline- Plan all aspects of operations in a cost-effective manner whilst meeting all requirements- Ensure all goods in the Terminal / Warehouse are properly collected, received, handled, accurately sorted, identified, value-added, transferred, and dispatched- Lead and motivate staff to achieve company's, supplier's and customer's objectives and manage manpower deployment and arrange for overtime when the need arises- Enforce compliance with the Terminal / Warehouse procedures, safety and 5S audit requirements- Ensure staff compliance with all established processes and accuracy in the data processing- Perform process evaluation, initiate process improvement, and oversee project implementation and manage customer complaints and communicate effectively to resolve conflicts

Falsified Medicines Directive compliance project implementation:- Supporting Global implementation team in project and task force activities- Driving and support EU Commercial Logistic network with key information and best practice sharing activities- Responsible for signing up service agreements with National Medicines Verification Organizations for 8 Nordic & Baltic countries to cover implementation costs- Supply switch plan creation for Nordic-Baltic markets

- Development and alignment of Logistics & Warehousing processes, systems across Baltics States- Establish Logistics team and leading it from a distance

- Planning and budgeting of logistics and warehousing activities- Initiating, coordination and controlling all activities related to obtain all necessary permissions, licenses and certificates- Ensuring sufficient in-market stock of finished goods- Coordination with external Customs agent for all customs clearance activities- Dealing with warehousing service providers and controlling the proper storage of finished goods and POSM in the rented warehouses- Ensure correct recordkeeping and perform regular stock counts in the rented warehouses

- Initiate, organize and conduct tenders, prepare all necessary documentation- Ensure proper communication with suppliers in compliance with policies and procedures- Proper execution of purchase of marketing goods & services- Prepare, collect all purchasing-related forms, contracts and documents; proceed in accordance with local legislation and policies

- Planning and budgeting of logistics activities- Supervision of the biggest export in Lithuania (~50 FTL world wide per week from factory)- Creating of global logistics solutions (knowledge of air, marine and railway transport)- Managing of own transport department (30 trucks)- Negotiations and building sound commercial agreements with suppliers and carriers- Demand planning and purchasing of packing materials (cardboard boxes, polyethylene films, bags)
