General Responsibilities: Collect, review, assess, validate, update and maintain PM Master Data/information handed over from the EPC Contractor. Ensures maintaining and updating SAP PM technical data, technical objects, maintenance plans, maintenance items and all key master data associated with asset maintenance requirements; ensures that these data change activities are subsequent complete in a timely manner. General Responsibilities: Offshore Oil Production Platform maintenance planning (SAP), include long-term plans preparation and budget planning, SAP system operations, audit support, Computerized Management Maintenance Systems support.Implementation of collecting of technical and finance information required for development of action plans; performance of the work related to forming, maintaining and storage of the database containing plan information, introduction of amendments into reference and normative information used in the course of data processing. Preparation of weekly / monthly /annual reports and presentations on the progress in performance of production and maintenance works for management. Determination of key stages of the project, development of certain plan sections, and also calculations and substantiation for the said sections on an instruction of line manager. Participation in development of measures for effective use of the Company’s resources; participation in meetings related to planning of the complex production activity; preparation of detailed schedules of maintenance works and identifying schedule delays / problem areas; maintaining records and control over implementation of individual stages of the schedule; accumulation and processing of indexes of performance of scheduled assignments, preparation of reports on the basis of the results of control over analytical reference documents, reference materials and submitting the said materials directly to line manager. Rendering assistance and fulfillment of duties of team leader during absence of the leader.

General Responsibilities: confer with vendors to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery status. Prepare purchase orders or bid requests. Bid proposals review and negotiating contracts with budgetary limitations. Capable of maintaining computerized procurement records such as items purchases, costs, delivery and product quality. Discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with inspection or quality control personnel, users, vendors and others to determine source of trouble and take corrective action. Create quotes to vendors from Buyer’s Report. Achievements: work with engineering and production to buy/supply tools, general supplies and consumables for production jobs and current facility use. Maintain good working relationship with vendors and state authorities/landlords. Organize tendering/re-tendering with vendors. Supply chain processes optimization to meet company standards.

General Responsibilities: MWD modules repair and maintenance, computer-based diagnostics, critical situations urgent response and support, junior specialist’s education responsibilities, operational HSE standards implementations, spare parts and consumables order schedule control. Achievements: new technologies implementation, technical documents corrections, team leadership, spare parts and consumables delivery planning, customer’s representative feedback responsibilities, audits assistance.

General Responsibilities: downhole tools service (hydraulic drilling jars/slingers), progressive technologies implementation, supply orders and contracts tracking, customer’s consulting (technical questions), technical orders responsibilities.Achievements: new product line facility set-up and operation, workshop and rig-site down-hole tools full service, customer support 24/7, urgent delivery and troubleshooting experience.

General Responsibilities: Electronic-operated rig mechanization systems: casing torque control and monitoring system, hydraulic tongs for casing and drill pipe make/break operations, bus data transmission control systems.Achievements: control systems mount and commissioning, online active technical support, customer’s personnel training (include at the rigsite), technical support facility infrastructure creation.

General Responsibilities: electricians watch of offshore rig, repair and maintenance works, service: power equipment, instrumentation, hydraulic systems, emergency systems.Achievements: team works skills, emergency-free rig operation providing, technical documents translations.
