• Worked with the CORDS team (Centre for Observational Research and Data Sciences) of a leading US- based bio-pharmaceutical company, on 15+ high-impact HEOR studies to generate Real World Evidence that helped to quantify burden of illness, compare safety & effectiveness between therapies/competing medicines and identify unmet needs • The aforementioned studies involved patients afflicted by multiple cancers like AML, CML, NSCLC, MM, CLL, DLBCL etc. in USA, represented across multiple different data sources like Medical Insurance Data, Electronic Health Records (EHR), Comparator Cohort Data & Clinical Trial Data, and involving HEOR analyses like identifying treatment patterns, adverse events, comorbidities, calculating overall survival/progression free survival/landmark survival, MPR/PDC, Incidence/Prevalence of indications, healthcare resource utilization & cost etc.• Worked on several Phase 4 (Post Marketing Surveillance) studies that involved creation of clinically relevant Lines of Therapy out of raw insurance/treatment records, based on intricate business rules that were formulated after prolonged discussion with the clients and clinical experts• Built comparator cohorts from raw treatment data of cancer patients, which were used as virtual comparator arms for clinical trials of upcoming therapies/medications
