Portfolio Manager
Current- Collaborate with community Board Members to enforce the communities’ legal documents, manage projects, and maintain upkeep of common areas to encourage community and preserve property values.
- Prepares and presents agendas, management reports, vendor bids, and board packets for monthly Board and homeowner meetings.
- Collaborate with representatives of the HOA and Board of Directors to determine management objectives for 10-15 Associations at one time.
- Plan project scope and obtain bids for all necessary services and projects such as roof replacement or lawn care maintenance. Track and control schedules, budget, and communications for projects.
- Regularly inspect the community to spot rule violations and verify contracted services are being provided.
- Assign and delegate tasks, monitor job progress and workflow, and complete performance review for assistance staff.
