My contribution was oriented to improve financial workflow, coordination of commercial strategies and setting up control of management/administration.

IST company startup. IST was a civil work service company focused on Site implementation as a part of Turn-Key Telco network creation. Main customers were Nokia, Ericsson and Siemens. I acquired skill in the workflow of a Telecommunication infrastructure: from planning and site acquisition to permits and construction.

The general vision of yard activity made me competent in process optimization for order fulfilling. The closer contact with the customer improved my commercial competence up to a deep understanding of business opportunities. I managed the contentious and sometimes the credit recovery.
