As Vice President, Ashley is an experienced Marketing and eCommerce expert with over 15 years of experience. Over the course of a decade, she has helped the $26B food and beverage juggernaut Kraft Heinz move forward its ambition to lead the future of food, overseeing high-growth teams across Strategy, Brand Marketing, Retail Media, Sales, and Shopper Marketing. At Kraft Heinz, she has risen the ranks quickly, accelerating from Brand Manager to Vice President in rapid succession with a reputation for taking and making “big swings.” A good example of big swings was creating a completely independent $2B+ 80-person eCommerce organization, then re-integrating that full team into the larger organization after the business broke 10% digital sales penetration. Ashley's most recent success, leading a 60-person Omni Customer Growth team across North America, contributed to 15%+ continuous annual growth rates and overseeing a $250MM budget for Kraft Heinz. Her high expectations are matched with high empathy and support. Her team is comprised of a number of individuals who have worked with her in previous capacities, deeply appreciating the rapid pace of learning and autonomy that I bring. In her current role as VP of Global eCommerce Capabilities, she is taking on the challenge of leading a newly created Globel eCommerce Capabilities team under Kraft Heinz Chief Omnichannel Officer, Cory Onell. Already, the global business has seen over $80MM YTD in Retail Sales growth. She doesn't shy away from big stages and is widely known as a thought leader in the industry, presenting at events such as Brave Commerce Live and Grocery Shop. But she most enjoys the smaller forums like GLASS, Growing Leaders and Shattering the Status Quo, a women’s organization I co-founded at Kraft Heinz to create a space where women can ask tough questions and discuss the complex business challenges they’re navigating at work. She's not your average leader. She loves the climb of a challenging business problem and will do whatever it takes to lead her team and the company to achieve its growth objectives and have fun along the way.
