Responsible for managing product development for various categories including soft-goods, hard-goods, home-goods, print & packaging, etc. Conduct material sourcing, color development, tech pack development, client interaction, factory interaction and project management related to getting product built and ready for production.Key Responsibilities:● Lead and manage development projects from a variety of product categories & industries.● Work with clients to understand their needs, collaborates with, and provides expert guidance to outline a vision for success. Then build the product to deliver on that vision.● Work directly with local, near-shore, and overseas suppliers & factories to ensure product development requirements are understood and appropriately executed.● Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery and execution of project deliverables according to project timelines.● Conduct market, design, and trend research to understand how to provide clients a competitive advantage through user focused improvements and differentiation.● Develop sketches, renderings, presentations and technical artwork.● Coordinate with the QA team to review product, determine a testing plan, implement the testing plan and trouble-shoot issues for successful product launches.● Strive for innovation throughout all business elements including design & development, timelinemanagement, operational efficiencies, client experience, etc.
