Monitor online performance and make recommendations to influence future initiatives. Align online analysis with cross-functional teams to showcase a total performance summary. - Own the product experience roadmap, collaborating with business and technology teams to identify specific requirements for bringing enhancements to our online product and search capabilities.- Accountable for the internal systems and 3rd party partners that support online product information (photography repositories, product information systems, inventory systems) and drive the discussion around enhancements to our internal processes.- Continually research and enhance best-practices in our online product experience; perform competitive reviews to formulate recommendations; perform audits and best practice reviews with CPG partners and peers.- Assist with User Acceptance and Quality Assurance testing efforts around the product experience and core site features.- Provide second-tier technical support for website questions and issues.
