Oversee and manage all the filmmaking equipment owned by Fire Escape Films, coordinating w. strategic partners. Allocate money from trimestral budgets to acquire filmmaking equipment as per the needs of the organization. Analyze data using Python to determine the equipment’s usage trends, allowing data-driven decision making.

For this role, I am tasked with archiving all TAPS events by means of both videography and photography. This includes editing audiovisual footage of artistic events, using professional software (such as Premiere or Lightroom) while also also coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver outstanding results in a short timeframe.

Worked on the production and post-production of documentary style interview content for marketing purposes. Conducted 15+ interviews to Champ scholars for the selection of possible interviewees for further videos. Made detailed bilingual interview reports to be used with donors and partner organizations.
