• Researched, developed, automated CNC grinder for production of angioplasty guidewires. Producing an annual budgeted saving of $500k. • Supported final component assembly lines of angioplasty guidewires; included troubleshooting of mechanical joining processes. This led to a 95% reduction of setup technician time.• Primary investigator for angioplasty guidewire product field returns. Conducted analysis of failed product to determine root cause, utilizing S.E.M. and E.D.A.X.
