• Lead capital project to retrofit 25K square foot manufacturing space into office. The resulting design was awarded by Bose Cascade and highlighted in product catalog.
• Drove six sigma projects to reduce reoccurring facility maintenance contract costs. Resulted in $110k savings.
• Leadership role for implementation of environmental, safety, and health (ESH) system. Created and trained staff on numerous ESH procedures. Resulted in the facility being recognized as 1st within division of 36.

• Redesigned proprietary automated equipment cell to enable production of new smaller socket. The redesigned equipment included modern controls and field sensors. The use of COTS products significantly reduced project.

• Researched, developed, automated CNC grinder for production of angioplasty guidewires. Producing an annual budgeted saving of $500k.
• Supported final component assembly lines of angioplasty guidewires; included troubleshooting of mechanical joining processes. This led to a 95% reduction of setup technician time.
• Primary investigator for angioplasty guidewire product field returns. Conducted analysis of failed product to determine root cause, utilizing S.E.M. and E.D.A.X.
