- Utilize Adobe InDesign to create menus, identifiers and other signage for clients around the country and events such as Pelotonia and the Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Week- Assist with three promotional programs: Fresh Forward Culinary Series, Produce 365 and K-12 SuperFoods- Design and distribute surveys to clients to gain insight on the effectiveness of AVI's services- Place monthly office orders through the Fulfillment Department for the Marketing and Business Plan Review (BPR) Departments to ensure an adequate level of office supplies for various projects- Distribute marketing documents such as memorandums to AVI branches across the United States to inform team members about operational directives such as promotional campaigns and price changes- Communicate with Marketing Directors, Department Managers and Creative Services Managers to design and distribute high quality marketing materials- Shadow Field Marketing Managers at Aultman Hospital and Progressive Insurance to assist with marketing needs- Assist with Marketing administrative tasks such as scanning, collating, binding and shredding
