Deep Learning and Image Processing Algorithm Developer for Medical Images Analysis.Project- iADSS (Image analysis & Decision Support System).Research on Pattern Recognition, and Segmentation Algorithms using Deep learning for Histological image data. This project also involves research and development of algorithm for detection of various objects in different biological tissues. During the implementation of different solutions, I have worked with many aspects of Machine learning technology such as;1. Feature engineering based ML solutions such as texture and color based image segmentation tasks. This solution involves classical ML algorithms such as SVM, Random Forest etc.2. Convlutional Neural Networks for automatic extraction of features from images to classify as well as for segmentation of regions using Fully convolutional neural networks. This involves modern ML libraries such as TensorFlow and Caffe. 3. For Image segmentation and classification I have worked with different modern neural net architectures such as VGG, ResNet, and DeepLab and Inception.My work also touches high performance computing using GP-GPU;.
