Managed Mobility Services Team Leader
Current• In charge of Monthly reporting for a variety of Courier and Logistics Clients.• Experience with device management and support of hardware such as Zebra TC55, TC56, TC57, Honeywell CN50, CN51 and many more.• Experience in managing devices via SOTI• Recruit, train and support Mobility Analysts.• Monitoring the Spare and Replacement device service.• Conducting End of the Month Meeting for Mobility Clients.• Maintaining the freight and ensuring it is billed appropriately.• Handling the P1/P2 issues effectively.• Experience in maintaining the documentation and keeping knowledge base up to date.• Providing technical support for Handheld Computers for a variety of Courier and Logistics Clients.• Actively involved in roll-outs of the software updates for a number of clients throughout New Zealand.• Contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints
