1) Development and analysis of draft legal acts in the field of child rights protection, adoption, child-friendly justice, family development and upbringing, protection of the rights of children of Ukrainian citizens temporarily displaced outside Ukraine;2) Interaction with international organisations, diplomatic missions and state authorities of the country of temporary residence of children of Ukrainian citizens temporarily displaced outside Ukraine;3) Representation of the Ministry at the events of the Council of Europe and the European Parliament

1) Organisation of humanitarian aid for internally displaced persons from Kherson region;2) Provision of legal and psychological support services, support on social benefits, employment and evacuation of the population;3) Coordination and processing of requests of internally displaced persons on the return of prisoners of war, receiving state awards, etc.
