- Managed the Learning Technologies Master of Science (LTMS) program, including designing five (5) concentrations (Games & Simulations, Instructional Technology Specialist, Instructional Design, Instructional Development, and Leadership & Integration) and cross-curricular collaboration with the other graduate degree programs- Coordinated an advisory group of twenty (20) working professionals in education and business- Coordinated faculty resources, including identifying, evaluating and placing faculty- Coached faculty on curriculum design, instructional strategies and technology integration- Taught courses in Learning Technologies & Solutions, Designing Serious Games & Simulations, Course Management Systems, Using Activities, Games and Simulations, and Micro Instructional Design- Advised graduate students on curriculum, projects and career activities- Collaborated with Professional Services to evaluate markets, design marketing initiatives and deliver instructional design and learning technologies training, consulting and services- Collaborated with Marketing, Admissions and Professional Services to promote the LTMS program and professional education in learning technologies- Promoted the LTMS program through presentations, conducting webinars, writing articles, addressing media requests, creating events and creating Alternate Reality Games (ARGs) for events- Led the design of the Learning and Entertainment Evolution Forum (LEEF), a yearly, nationwide forum that focused on the use of games and simulations for learning (2009, 2010, 2011)- Coordinated "4 on the 4th at 4", a regular webinar discussion panel on new media and emerging technologies- Presented learning principles and technology integration techniques at industry conferences (BCBSA, ASTD, eLearning Guild, ELearn, CAC, PETE&C)- Advised the student Social Media Club- Chaired the Admissions & Student Retention Workgroup (Standard 8) for Middle States re-accreditation (2013-2014)
