The company also operates at 2a Molynes Road, and at West Trade Way in Portmore, St. Catherine, and has been in operation since 1996. The newly constructed and spacious, Winchester Surgical and Medical Institute, with its emphasis on quality and affordable healthcare- a vision shared by Image Plus, provided the perfect opportunity for the expansion of the Kingston operation of Apex X-Ray. This expansion allowed for the introduction of additional diagnostic imaging technology. This includes essential, and highly demanded services such as Nuclear Medicine, now not available in the Public sector and state of the art Multi-detector CT imaging. We continue to offer general Ultrasound, Vascular studies, interventional studies (biopsy and drainage procedures), with upgraded X-Ray and Fluoroscopy offerings which enhance efficiency. Apex X-Ray Winchester is staffed by a competent team of seven Radiologists headed by Company Directors, Dr. Karlene McDonnough and Dr. L Ann Robinson-Bridgewater.
