Treatment Court Coordinator
CurrentCoordinates activities of the Eau Claire County Drug Court•Facilitates screening of prospective participants to evaluate program eligibility and appropriateness and makes recommendations to the treatment courts Triage Team•Performs intake duties needed to admit and orient participants to the program•Organizes and coordinates Drug Court team staffing meetings and activities•Facilitates team meetings to discuss and problem-solve issues specific to Drug Court•Collects and reports participant data to meet grant and local program requirements•Identifies individual and team training needs and works with the Treatment Courts Program Supervisor to organize and coordinate training opportunities•Monitors and assesses Drug Court outputs and outcomes to gauge program effectiveness and works within the treatment courts program to address quality issues.Provides clinical case management to assigned participants•Identifies through intake and case management the individual and holistic needs of the participant•Works with a multi-disciplinary team to develop case plans and monitor participant progress•Refers participants to treatment and other services and enters DHS funding authorizations•Monitors program compliance and works with the Drug Court team to reward productive behaviors, as well as to sanction non-compliance•Provides crisis and short-term interventions for participants•Provides support for individuals and families/significant others in individual, conjoint and group formats•Documents contacts, services provided and outcomes and complies with all record-keeping requirements•Maintains and promotes cooperative relationships with and between the assigned circuit court judge, Department of Corrections, treatment agencies and other county and community stakeholders•Makes oral and written presentations on the Drug Court to government and community organizations as requested and approved by the Department of Human Services
