Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate representatives to facilitate, maintain, andgrow campus recruiting efforts and successful hiring initiatives.Provide recruiting consulting services to numerous and diverse employers, hiring managers, andrecruiters, producing demonstrated success in increasing corporate brand awareness resulting inrecruiting and hiring success.Design, administer, manage, and conduct two large-scale career fairs & recruiting events that serveas department’s main financial support.Facilitate employer engagement with identity-based student organizations (SWE, SHPE, NSBE, etc.).Organize, coordinate, and facilitate a campus-wide electronic communication network that serves asan employer marketing tool targeting prospective and current students and alumni.Collect, organize, and analyze yearly recruiting and hiring data, and create, publish, and distributestatistical and comparative reports to campus and state government leadership, US News, PrincetonReview, and other ranking organizations.Act as primary point of contact to all university partners for on-campus recruiting purposes.Collaborate with chairs and deans of academic departments to maximize employer engagement,partnership, and fiscal support.Train, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate support staff and student personnel.

Design numerous process and system improvements to scale and streamline event management andfacilitate success for employers and candidates.Design, prepare, edit, and manage Career Services multi-media marketing collateral, includingnewsletters, brochures, posters, displays, publicity, presentations, videos, and reports.Provide departmental budget management, financial coordination, accounting services, andreporting.Provide day-to-day office operations, inventory, technology & staffing management.Independently provide exemplary customer service to employers.Design and implement employer communication plan.Respond to routine and non-routine correspondence, resolve problems, and design and initiateprojects with little or no supervision.Manage and maintain campus-wide recruiting and job search system (Handshake) for students, staff,faculty, and employers, as well as train new users.Train, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate support staff and student personnel.
