- Direct, organize, and lead projects in the implementation and use of new BI software tools and systems. - Lead the integration efforts for merging BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications. - Troubleshoot BI infrastructure, systems, and software; as necessary- Fixed Asset Management- Support BI Report as requested by Regional HQ

- Responsible for installation, testing, implementation, maintaining and repairing of all IT equipment and systems on site or via remote diagnostic support.- Create and maintain technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.- Provide onsite technical support for designated clients and locations.- Assist the Project Managers on the implementation and management of the IT infrastructure- Create and update technical documentation for customer- Preparation of project documentation including, technical specification, functional specification, test plan, user training manual etc.- Communicate the project status to all the stakeholders

- All operational and financial aspects of the restaurant operations.- Builds effective teams by participating in the selection and training of new employees.- Works with management teams to set goals and action plans to improve operational and financial performance.- Ensures a positive and healthy work environment for all employees.-Provide clear communication and direct implementation on new programs and procedures in area.- Verifies staffing levels in unit to ensure proper staffing to maximize sales on each and every shift.-Manage and handle all customer complaints or problems.
