(Contract) - Contributed to the development of a metadata aggregation system that is used to power site functionality. Implemented code documentation best practices

Lead the PHP practice by implementing coding standards, creating a standard workflow for website development and advocating the use of open source technology. Developed a CMS/development framework called ROKKIT which was used to execute all PHP websites developed.
