Labor negotiations team, manage refinery grievance cases and terminations. Conflict resolution and corrective actions. Investigate and prepare recommendations regarding confidential and complex labor relations issues. Prepare documentation for responses, labor agreements, and kept abreast on company labor contract.

Compensation Analyze market data and develop market composites. Develop salary ranges and salary recommendations. Partner with internal clients to develop job descriptions and salary ranges for new or revised positions. Establish hiring rates for external candidates, and salary changes to existing incumbents. Participate in salary surveys by preparing data submissions to determine market relationship. Manage employee/compensation databases, and serve as compensation HRIS system administrator.
