I work alongside a team of approximately 10 people who are in charge of producing a variety of ice cream based desserts. I also assist in the packing of various candy orders to be shipped to local stores.Last Summer (2017):-Made approximately 4500 ice cream cakes and pies-Organized daily candy orders to be shipped to over 30 stores-Prepared ice cream toppings for all non-franchised stores
