 - Manage Accounting team for accounting process including month ended processing - Act as strong business partner to factory manager, challenging and debating business ideas and tactics to help develop business for deliver group’s business performance objectives. - Ensure that financial controls and understanding are sufficiently robust. - Operate budgetary control processes, which ensure that Operating Unit budget & forecast are consistent with target provided and country strategy. - Oversee preparation of all capital expenditure proposals with in the country in accordance with group policy and the regional plan. - Ensure to maintain a set of accounting policies, which comply with Global policies. - Oversee the financial sections of all IT systems implementations and ensure existing systems give accurate, useful and timely information. - Ensure that proper HR administration & General affairs processes are in place.

Accounting & Treasury Manager  - Manage Accounting team for accounting process including month ended processing. - Manage Accounts Receivables & Collectors. - Responsible for Fund raising & FX Management. - Prepare cash flow projection. - In charge of Inter-company transaction & Reconciliation. - Revaluation currencies for A/P, A/R. - Provide Inter-company Budget & Forecast. - Prepare financial report to Headquarter. - Prepare management presentation. - Analyze & prepare financial report for management. - Analyze Sales volume & P&L statement by customer. - Responsible & co-ordinate with auditors for year ended audit.

Plant Controller  - Analysis monthly result CBSO-IIS (Plant result). - Prepare Monthly Reporting Global Standard for o Technical KPIs o Cost KPIs - Response for Investment Controlling reporting including profitability evaluation together with process SAP R/3 PS-System Master Data. - Prepare Maintenance Controlling monthly report including analysis. - Prepare Production efficiency presentation for monthly Operation Meeting. - Follow up of cost saving activities. - Process provision for machine spare parts evaluation.
