CurrentIn addition to Store Development responsibilities, full ownership and accountability of over 400 concession partners throughout the property portfolio generating an additional annual income in excess of £10m from surplus space and land throughout the property portfolio.Lead on negotiations with tenants for new lease agreements, annual rent reviews and lease renewals with existing tenants.Develop relationships with senior leaders and board members both internally and externally to identify the strategic direction of the concessions business and subsequently deliver its growth.Development of renewables concepts to deliver both ESG and financial benefits including solar and ASHP / GSHP schemes (including negotiation of PPA agreements for PV installations). Negotiation of partnership agreements with leading EV charging providers for the delivery of EV charging facilities throughout the estate.
