PJJ Solutions, founded in late 2023 by Chulalongkorn University students, is pioneering innovative services in the energy industry. PJJ Solutions focus on C-BESS or Central-based Energy Storage System and VMP (Virtual Management Platform), targeting behind-the-meter applications for sustainable and cost-effective enery solutions.

During my internship at PTTEP, I developed and implemented a new product development framework by integrating Agile methodology and Commercial Readiness Level (CRL) to address inefficiencies in the old process. I conducted comprehensive market research to inform strategic decisions and identify trends and opportunities for project development. Additionally, I designed visually engaging graphics and materials to enhance project presentations and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and team members.

As Head of Communications at CUNEX, I provided strategic oversight and leadership to ensure our messaging and outreach aligned seamlessly with CUNEX's mission and objectives. I meticulously oversaw all processes and outcomes, leading the team towards peak efficiency by continually refining our approach for streamlined and effective operations. Additionally, I maintained active collaboration with the data analytics team, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement in our platform, ensuring we remained at the forefront of innovation and user engagement.

In my role overseeing content for the CUNEX Application, I catered to an extensive audience of over 30,000 viewers affiliated with Chulalongkorn University. I strategically collaborated with external organizations to foster partnerships, enriching the application with diverse news sources. Additionally, I meticulously curated and authorized content, ensuring it aligned with our audience's interests and needs while maintaining smooth operation of the application.

I contributed to the Carsup full LineOA platform, designed to connect garage owners with clients seeking services. I translated wireframes and user journeys into high-fidelity designs, continuously iterating prototypes to optimize the customer journey for both clients and garage owners. Additionally, I developed LineOA cards to simplify and improve communication between clients and garage owners.

As the UX & UI Designer for Project JohnJud, a platform developed in collaboration with the JohnJud club to help stray pets find loving homes, I transformed the project's vision into a tangible prototype, starting with wireframes to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience. I regularly presented project updates and insights to the Frontend and Backend teams, as well as the management team, ensuring alignment with the project's goals and vision. Additionally, I created a high-fidelity prototype that captivates the user's visual senses while guaranteeing functionality and a delightful user interface.

As an intern at Carsup, a pioneering startup revolutionizing the way people discover the perfect garage, I spearheaded the wireframing of key features for an innovative new project, streamlining the user experience through meticulous design. I crafted high-fidelity mockups to visualize and refine these features, ensuring seamless integration and user satisfaction. Additionally, I enhanced and refined existing Line OA features, utilizing my design expertise to elevate the platform's functionality and user interface.

As the UX & UI Designer for Project Newbie, a platform designed to simplify and enhance the job search process for Chulalongkorn University and university-level students, I created and validated wireframes to lay the foundation for an intuitive user experience. I crafted a high-fidelity prototype using Figma, ensuring a visually appealing and functional end product. Successfully, I completed the project within a tight 4-month timeline, meeting all objectives and delivering a valuable solution.
