I currently serve as board member of public companies Porch Group (PRCH) and Leafly (LFLY), serving as the Lead Independent Director for Porch and as the Board Chair & Audit Committee Chair for Leafly (previously, I was the audit committee chair for Porch for nearly four years). I am also on the board of Manson Construction (privately held), and the board of the YMCA of Greater Seattle.
